Your responsibilities will be to track (with the help of our centralized data hub) and analyze the Phoenix commercial real estate market with a focus on trend analysis, market presentation, strategic business development support and research content creation. You will serve as an active member of a sales enablement team to contribute to strategic business development efforts. You will work closely with external research colleagues, brokerage professionals and clients in the local market, as well as with research colleagues throughout the nation within JLL's Americas Research group.
