Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during shifts.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.

• Previous experience as a line cook or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
