The Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak is looking for a Seasonal - Dishwasher to join our amazing team!

- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock area.
- Break down trays, set up dish machine, wash dishware, and sort and store all clean china, glass and silver using proper procedures.
- Empty trashcans and wash inside and outside.
- Thoroughly clean dock area and dumpster.
- Break down dish machine and clean inside and outside.
- Wash dishes and other cooking utensils. Restock all clean glasses, silverware and plates.
- Perform general cleaning to stay in compliance with the Health department.
- Put away food stock, and dry goods in their proper location, rotating “first in”, “first out”.
- Perform any other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Perform general/routine cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
- Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning up unexpected spills or executing special guest requests.
Skills and Abilities
Must have the ability to communicate in English, maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, and be a team player who can willingly pitch in and help co‑workers. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking, and lift at least 50 lbs.

- Customer Satisfaction: Remain professional at all times and treat all guests and associates with courtesy and respect.
- Work Habits: Meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance. Adapt to change and seek help when needed.
- Safety & Security: Adhere to hotel security policies and procedures.
