McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience;
Manage assigned systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience and that sales promotions are executed well;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food, food is safe, food costs are controlled, and kitchen staff are trained in production procedures;
Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals, and recognize and motivate staff
