Valid Arizona Food Handler’s Card.

The Small Kitchen Cook is responsible for preparing and executing food items with consistency, cleanliness, and care. This position supports both prep, dish, and line cooking duties in a compact kitchen environment, working closely with a small team to deliver quality food quickly and safely.

• Food Preparation & Execution: Prepare all ingredients for menu.
• Cooking & Plating: Cook menu items according to recipe and plating standards.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Operate kitchen equipment safely and cleanly.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: Follow food safety, handling, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Workstation Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workstation during service.
• Dish Pit & Turnaround: Completing dish pit duties quickly for turn around.

• Receiving & Storage: Receive, label, and store food deliveries properly.
• Stock Levels: Alert management when stock levels are low.
• Waste & Portion Control: Assist in minimizing food waste and maintaining portion control.

• Communication: Communicate clearly with the team during prep and service.
• Dishwashing & Cleaning: Help with dishwashing and deep cleaning duties.
• Opening/Closing Procedures: Follow all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures.
