Writer's Block Coffee Shop is a woman-owned mobile cafe specializing in serving specialty coffee beverages and offering a celiac-friendly menu. Known for its dedication to quality and inclusivity, the shop operates in the Greater Phoenix Area. All offerings are crafted with care to cater to diverse dietary needs without compromising on flavor. Writer's Block Coffee Shop is committed to creating a welcoming environment for all customers.

This part-time, on-site Barista role is located in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Barista will prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages for various events and gatherings
.
* Daily tasks also include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, interacting positively with customers, processing transactions efficiently, and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards.

* Applicant needs to be comfortable traveling to Farmer's Market North Scottsdale (10428 E JOMAX RD) 1-2 times per month, as well as other special events like birthdays, community events, and weddings around the valley all throughout the week and on weekends.

• Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment and address customer needs
• Previous barista experience preferred but not required
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
• Attention to detail and a passion for coffee
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and adapt to varying workflow
