Delivers food from kitchen and delivers to guests in an accurate and timely manner;
Understands all menu offerings, food descriptions and ingredients and is able to verbalize to guests;
Set tables appropriately to ensure guests have everything needed at each stage of service;
Ensure expo and service station areas are organized and maintained;
Maintains cleanliness of tables between courses and resets tables upon completion of meal
