Catering Delivery Driver & Server — $20/Hour | Phoenix Metro

Intentional Hospitality is a locally owned catering company serving corporate clients across the Phoenix metro. We're growing our team and looking for someone reliable, upbeat, and ready to be the face of our brand on delivery routes and at events.

This role is perfect for someone with restaurant, catering, or customer service experience who thrives on variety, takes pride in great service, and wants steady daytime hours (Monday–Friday) instead of nights and weekends.

• Load, deliver, and set up fresh food and equipment for corporate catering events
• Keep the truck, loading area, and storage space clean and organized
• Handle quick vehicle inspections and fueling, and flag any issues right away
• Be the friendly face our clients see — professional, upbeat, solution-oriented
• Coordinate with on-site servers to keep everything running smoothly
• Occasionally stay on-site to help set up, serve, and break down events

• 1+ year of food service experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Clean driving record (you'll need to qualify for our insurance)
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule and last-minute changes
• Familiarity with downtown Phoenix and surrounding areas
• Basic vehicle know-how (like changing a tire) — commercial driving experience a plus
• Strong communicator who can multitask and stay cool under pressure

• Must be 21 or older
• Valid food handler’s card (or ability to obtain one)
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone
• High-energy, adaptable, team-first attitude
