The Original Aunt Chilada's is adding the Dreamy Draw Cafe to our historic Mexican restaurant this fall, and we need an experienced, energetic, and dependable barista to help us build this dream from the ground up. This is not just a job pouring coffee - we are looking for a founding team member who will take pride in helping build a team, establish strong routines, and create a welcoming café experience from the ground up.
As our founding barista
, you will work closely with management to keep daily operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will involve crafting high-quality espresso drinks, coffee, and cold brew with speed and consistency, while greeting every guest with genuine, warm hospitality. You will also take ownership of the space by bringing ideas, experience, and feedback to management as we continue developing the cafe.
We strongly prefer candidates with previous coffee shop experience who possess confident communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
