• Toppriorityisassistingthe servers and bartender sand running food to tables.
• Responsibleforclearingand resetting tables after guests leave.
• Take tableware to dish-room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. inappropriate areasforwashing.
• Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and boothsand checkthe floorand clean as required.
• Reset and arrange tabletop.
• Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of eachshift.
• Promptly greet guests as they are seated and bring bread,butterand water to table.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests.
• Communicate guest requests to server asneeded.
• Communicate with server andhostessto assure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
• Prep service inventory: cut butter and fill ramekins, clean trash cans, bus tubs forbars, and fill icebins.
• Ensure spills are cleaned up quickly, with as little disturbance to the guest as possible.
• Assist server,when possible,with food delivery, removing used tableware between courses, and providing tableware for next course, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediatesupervisor.

• Must be able to speak, read,writeand understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in a standing position forlong periodsof time (up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of foodfrequentlyweighing up to 20 to 25pounds.
• Mustmaintaina neat,cleanand well-groomed appearance perTGAstandards.
• Must follow safety procedures closely.
• Must be able to work on holidays and/or weekends.
