• Lead and inspire the team to exceed daily sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members to reach their full potential.
• Monitor and maintain store standards, ensuring visual displays and merchandising are on point.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure everyone leaves with a positive experience.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• People skills to grow and lead a team.
• Computer savvy.
• Strong honesty and loyalty.

• Experience selling athletic shoes.
• Experience working with a growing company.
