Starting Hourly Rate: $16.75 USD per hour

• Manage inbound stocking and inventory to ensure product is set, in‑stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
• Work independently and with a team to meet daily/weekly workload and support business priorities.
• Climb up and down ladders and safely move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest‑first culture.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals: department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
