• You are responsible for elevating our guest and member shopping experience by welcoming visitors and providing personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide a dynamic service presence.
• Ask appropriate questions to identify a customer's needs and effectively provide guidance or direction.
• Demonstrate a high level of energy and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understand a customer's concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision.
• Process retail purchases, returns/exchanges.
• Stock shelves, fixtures with inventory and straighten displays.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of retail space.
• Assist with inventory controls and restock items as needed.
• Support spa retail events and retail pop‑ups.

• Previous experience working in a luxury retail setting.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and comfortability with computers and retail store systems.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for wellness, fashion, beauty, and spa products.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Cash handling experience and computer skills.
