Under direct supervision, the Omni Support Analyst I assists with a variety of responsibilities to help grow our Omni Channel business. Embodies IOOGA (Integrity, Our People, Our Customers, Growth and Attitude).
- Develops and maintains exceptional internal customer relationships, interacting in a friendly and professional manner to build trust and respect, delivering a "Unexpected Discount Tire Experience."
- Analyze return data to understand the root causes, such as product quality issues, customer dissatisfaction, or logistical challenges and provide recommendations to minimize return rates.
- Identify opportunities to automate data collection and reporting processes to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Ensures tracking of shipments are monitored and integrated into the eBay portal daily, keeping key stakeholders aware of any issues.
- Manages stock discrepancies and elevates to management as needed.
- Manages all internal email inboxes and communications.
- Manages and responds to customer inquiries via eBay's messaging system in a timely and professional manner.
- Creates Excel pricing cost sheets to ensure pricing is meeting profitability thresholds.
- Assists in processing orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Processes returns/RMAs and provide updates to our customers.
- Contributes to best practice reviews, ensuring they are relevant with current workflows. Communicates necessary changes to managers.
- Maintains Excel spreadsheets for reporting.
- Creates reports for internal teams and/or external teams.
- Performs accurate and efficient product data entry tasks using Excel.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years sales support, sales or related experience.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, etc., and understanding of their listing requirements and policies a plus.
- Experience with eBay product listing environment a plus.
- This position requires excellent communication, organizational, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Automotive, Tire industry or Discount Tire store experience would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of car/truck/ATV aftermarket parts a plus.
- Resourceful and self‐motivated.
- Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Beginner level computer experience, skills within Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Access.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure, accurately meet deadlines, present a professional demeanor and work well independently is essential.
- Able to prioritize while working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values is key.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
Work DaysNormal work days are Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturdays and Sundays may be necessary.
Work HoursNormal work hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Additional hours may be necessary.
