• Perform customer service activities including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments.
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store.
• Conduct warehouse duties, moving cylinders for customers as needed.
• Provide sales support to the outside sales team.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs.
• Promote add‑on sales of gases and high‑margin accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in‑store sales representative.
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing.
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small‑business customers.
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations.

• High school diploma or GED.
• More than one year of customer service, inside sales, or counter sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• No DUI/DWI or other alcohol‑related convictions in the last ten years.
