As a Mobile Retail Merchandiser, you will service multiple retail locations, assisting with large-scale resets, merchandising initiatives, and store projects. This role involves significant travel and requires the ability to work autonomously while fostering strong relationships with store leadership.

• Travel extensively (80-100%), including overnight and multi-state trips.
• Execute merchandising resets, ensure planogram (POG) compliance, and optimize product placement.
• Install fixtures and perform light inventory tasks.
• Capture detailed before-and-after photos of your completed work.
• Check and replenish backstock as necessary.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or display issues.
• Communicate professionally with store managers during each visit.
• Submit accurate reports and photos through company mobile applications or systems.

• Previous retail merchandising or reset experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret visual instructions and planograms.
• Self‑motivated with the capacity to manage a flexible schedule independently.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting tools.
