Meta Floater Sales Specialist

Overview

Regular part‑time position with 2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, for Meta Sales Specialists covering floating market coverage in the Phoenix area.

Location:

Market – META – AZ – Phoenix. Pay: $19.50 per hour.

Hours:

6 guaranteed hours per week with on‑call coverage that may vary. Availability required:
Friday 4:00p.m.–8:00p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11:00a.m.–7:00p.m. Holiday schedule: additional shifts may be added for key customer shopping days.

• Work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products that meet their unique needs.
• Serve as the go‑to person for customers seeking product information and ensure an interactive, informative, and successful shopping experience.
• Train retail associates on new AI apps and tools and maintain technology‑first mindset.
• Showcase Meta gadgets, including AR/VR headsets and accessories, and demonstrate how they enhance customers’ lives.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right product.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies professionally, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain clean, organized Meta displays and showcase latest devices and promotions.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports using a mobile device.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and secure sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Thrives in fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone with iOS 11 or later (iPhone) or Samsung S25 or later.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and lift up to 20lbs occasionally; continuous hand/eye coordination required.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
