Deliver Lens Crafters’ brand value proposition by providing exceptional customer service and high‑quality eyewear solutions. Act as a leader in optical acumen, ensuring every customer receives personalized care and expertly crafted eyewear.

• Welcome all customers and set clear expectations.
• Custom‑fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions into lenses.
• Lead by example in optical knowledge and customer service.
• Take and record accurate measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with attention to detail, and ensure finished products meet standards and customer needs.
• Assist the team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately and efficiently under time pressure, maintaining exceptional product knowledge.
• Proactively identify root causes of issues, thinking forward to exceed customer expectations.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time amid competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in the store appearance, keeping it clean, attractive, and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Remain resourceful, self‑motivated, and committed to continual learning, improvement, and results.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: effective communicator, active listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use and carry a tablet/iPad.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

Additional experience in high‑volume retail optical settings, proficiency with advanced dispensing software, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and customer service KPIs.
