• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, correspondence, and memos.
• Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Lifting and moving: up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Assist in maintaining the store, especially in the Produce Department.
• Bag groceries for customers as needed and carry groceries when requested.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, retrieve store carts, run price checks, assist with go-backs and check stand upkeep, and remove waste from the parking area.
• Work in a fast-paced grocery store environment, meeting physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, visual, and auditory requirements.

• Minimum age 16-17 years.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.
