Job Summary

Regular work at Best Buy 249 – Phoenix, AZ 85053. Join as a Bilingual Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate to represent Samsung Electronics America (SEA).

• Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
• Uncover and understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products.
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for Best Buy employees and customers.
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive initiatives.
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
• Provide excellent customer and client service through interaction with customers and Best Buy employees.
• Ensure retail brand standards via merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
• Reset displays during new product launches.
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and insights.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Daily accurate reporting.
• Meet or exceed sales quota/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and high‑demand retail holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Competitive weekly pay.
• Hourly pay: $19.00.
