Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing receipts, acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and locating merchandise.;
Manage self-checkout area; resolve member issues; promote products/services; guide self-service technology; process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per policies.;
Assist in securing assets by observing potential criminal activity, maintaining logs, executing emergency procedures, and ensuring safety compliance.;
Assist with training of Member Frontline Service associates on processes, new technology, program rollout, and continuous learning.;
Complete assignments by following policies, collaborating with managers and coworkers, prioritizing deadlines, and adapting to change..
