Order, cut, grind, slice, weigh, wrap and label according to quality, quantity, product freshness and food safety and sanitation standards;
Keep a clean, neat, and well-stocked meat counter, work areas, and service cases;
Help with the preparation of ready-to-go meat products and merchandising of deli meats and cheeses;
Take customer orders and ensure orders are completed on time and to the customers satisfaction;
Adhere to meat department safety standards and proper pricing, signage, and placement
