This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Manager located in Phoenix, AZ. The Parts Manager will oversee inventory management, maintain optimal service parts stocking, and ensure efficient inventory control processes. They will also focus on delivering exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include monitoring parts department operations, managing relationships with vendors, and collaborating with other team members to optimize department performance.

• Strong skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management
• Experience with Service Parts management and related processes
• Commitment to providing excellent Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
• Knowledge of powersports equipment and parts is a plus
• Proficiency in inventory management software is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in parts or retail management is highly desirable
