Summary
Full‑Time Retail Supervisor – responsible for managing and motivating retail associates, increasing sales, and merchandising. Lead retail activities within assigned territories, ensuring client and customer standards are met. Work closely with Business Development Managers, Brands, Retail Managers and other retail personnel to meet business objectives. Competitive pay and benefits.

Compensation: USD 43,888 – 63,500 per year.

- Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute all retail projects.
- Maintain client objectives by ensuring product(s) fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
- Establish and maintain client relationships and work appointments.
- Monitor expenses and stay within budget standards.
- Communicate accurately and timely with direct reports, including administrative and coaching duties.
- Lead business development initiatives to achieve in‑store retail excellence, new item placement, and project completion.
- Conduct client audits and manage retail personnel to meet client goals.
- Ensure brand representation and effectiveness through trade and client relationships.
- Oversee call coverage by scheduling merchandisers and reviewing reports.
- Prepare accurate paperwork and reports, including recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.
- Direct reports: hire, retain, train, coach, guide, and develop associates using company processes, tools, and resources.
- Indirect reports: delegate work and provide mentoring and guidance.
Travel essential; up to 30% of time. Must be able to perform essential functions in a retail, field, office, or warehouse environment. Work may involve 66%+ of the day in physical activities, lifting or pushing up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and occasional extremely cold conditions (refrigerated/freezer sections). Proper safety practices are required.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 4 years applicable experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, with ability to handle fast‑paced work environment.
- Basic computer skills:
Word, Excel, Internet. - Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
