With over 430 retail stores worldwide, our Store Leadership Teams are essential to our business. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring effective store operations, executing strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability, and cultivating a collaborative team environment.

• Provide leadership and direction to store staff, including supervisors and associates.
• Execute and support plans to enhance employee productivity and performance.
• Assist the Store Manager in interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching staff.
• Provide coaching and direction on a day‑to‑day basis to ensure staff performance standards are met.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels through effective replenishment, organization, shrink control, and communication.
• Assist the Store Manager with the development and implementation of action plans addressing store sales, goals, safety, training, and personnel development.

• No specific education required;
  High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position or specialty.
• Skill operating a Point of Sales (POS) system, other in‑store computerized systems, and telephone.
• Ability to use judgment to identify and resolve day‑to‑day technical and operational problems.
• Effective communication skills with the store leadership team, associates, and consumers.

• Frequent active environment requiring constant movement and handling of items up to 40 lbs.
• Use of specialized equipment and exposure to dust and noise.
• Clear communication with others required.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including seasonal changes and location‑specific trends.
• Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws governing availability.
