Part Time Supervisor; Anthem

Overview

We are looking for a Supervisor who will bring innovation and creativity to our team. This role requires energy and a desire to help bring our fashion to the future while maintaining the integrity of our brand’s past.

• Meet or exceed established store sales and performance goals daily.
• Model sales performance for retail associates and coach employees, ensuring that all associates are fully trained on product knowledge.
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and make bank deposits.
• Open and close the store.
• Manage inventory.

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with 2 years as a supervisor.
• Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching, and training sales associates.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Energetic, positive, helpful demeanor and passion for LS & Co.
• High school diploma or a general education degree (GED).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.

The pay range for this role is $15.55 - $25.90 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications. Benefits include 3 weeks of paid time off for the first year (growing to 4+ weeks thereafter), immediate medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid volunteer hours, a 50% employee discount, a 125% match on the 401(k) up to 6% of your contributions, and other benefits.
