Lead Guest Service Associate - Sales & Guest Experience; Phoenix Arcadia

Job Location:

4325 E Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018. Salary Range: $15.50-$17.00 hourly. Full‑time & part‑time positions available.

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

• Strong sales and guest service skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
