Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure timely execution of service programs;
Handle all front-desk communications including answering the telephone according to policy;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals;
Ensure returns, exchanges, and invoicing are processed accurately and efficiently; manage cash deposits and end-of-day procedures
