Base salary $34,174 – $59,174 per year plus commission and bonus, with a performance‑based uncapped commission program.

• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
• Execute and exceed all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
• Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members.
• Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
• Train and develop your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment for customers and team members.
• Work as a team member so that together you exceed personal and team goals.
• Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize daily sales opportunities.

• Management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the wireless industry.
• Experience in retail or customer‑facing sales environment (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or customer‑facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the U.S., and have a high school diploma or equivalent (Required).

Most of the time is spent standing and walking around, moving for prolonged periods, and occasionally lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds. The employee frequently reaches with hands and arms and may climb ladders, balance on ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, and handle small parts in mobile phones. Dexterity is required. Vision requirements include working with small parts on mobile phones and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods.

These requirements can be met with eyeglasses or contacts.
