Assist customers with transactions across in-store, online and mobile platforms using a point-of-sale system;
Maintain a clean and clutter-free sales floor and fitting rooms, including re-merchandising and straightening;
Stock and organize stockrooms, ticket merchandise accurately, and support fulfillment and backroom activities;
Provide excellent customer service and promote Nordstrom Rewards program;
Support in various store areas (Sales, Customer Service, Stock, Fulfillment) as needed by business needs
