Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Phoenix, United States location. We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Assist in creating work schedules and managing team member hours
  • Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
Qualifications
  • Must be over the age of 18.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience; previous management experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
