Position Summary:
Our retail salespeople are the heartbeat of the Lids brand, providing energetic, customer‑focused service and maintaining meticulous product presentations. They serve loyal customers and occasional buyers, helping them discover and select items that represent their individuality, team pride, and personal style.
- Generate revenue through exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics
- Perform visual merchandising to current guidelines, including proper signage and store cleanliness
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
- Protect company assets within LIDS Retail policy guidelines
- Manage store inventory, including processing shipments and resetting merchandise
- Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner
- Support all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned
