MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Junior Program Control Analyst to join our team. This position is 100% remote.
Responsibilities- Assists in drafting budget reports and helps prepare materials for cost‑benefit evaluation studies.
- Follows established standard operating procedures to update and maintain financial management databases.
- Prepares routine status reports for senior management review and facilitates administrative coordination for the budget team.
- Provides foundational knowledge of program control protocols and supports the collection of data for financial after‑action reports.
- Assists in the tracking of budget expenditures and the preparation of mission‑readiness documentation.
- Supports the conversion of financial data into desired formats for dissemination among stakeholders in the USINDOPACOM AOR.
- Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
- BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field, a bachelor’s degree can be substituted for 4 years of additional relevant experience.
- 1+ years of position relevant experience.
- Foundational knowledge of military budgeting processes.
- Ability to assist in the preparation of financial coordination documents.
- Familiarity with Excel.
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Confidential level clearance prior to starting this position.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Frequent communication with co‑workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations and exchanging accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $47,900.00-$79,200.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (for Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
