Game Stop - 4802 East Ray Road - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by promptly greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.;
Fully support the overall shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.;
Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.;
Assist in stocking/restocking merchandise and maintaining shelf presentation.;
Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and escalate guest issues as needed.
