Assist the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Spirit store;
Support Store Manager in operating the store to maximize sales and profitability;
Establish and maintain guest services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control;
Ensure compliance with minimum age requirement of 18 and maintain a flexible schedule;
Perform physical tasks including standing for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
