Assistant Manager, Receiving

• Partner with luxury consignment office to manage fashion product being transferred to the warehouse
• Provide coverage on receiving floor, assist with product questions and distribution to increase department's productivity
• Point of contact for customer returns, authentication, merchandising, copywriting and inbound loading dock
• coordinators and exception specialist with outstanding product issues and exceptions
• Conduct weekly and monthly audits to ensure standard operating procedures compliance
• Uphold company brand and conditions standards
• Enforce and maintain positive team culture
• Management of backlog and end of day reporting
• Oversee all inquiries sent to AZ receiving support, ensuring responses are timely with correct information
• Oversee department product handlers and support staff

The expected salary range for this role is $57,000.00-$80,912.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
