Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits, deterring theft and maintaining a safe and secure environment for associates and customers;
Walk the sales floor to identify and address potential theft indicators as directed by Store Leadership;
Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives and minimize shortages;
Mitigate theft and fraud by monitoring entrances/exits and sales floor for suspicious behavior;
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and assisting with questions
