Take an active role and partner with the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations;
Serve as acting Store Manager in the Store Manager's absence and manage daily operations;
Provide coaching, training, and development to store employees;
Maintain strong customer/donor relations and address complaints promptly;
Communicate personnel issues with Management and HR; assist with employee evaluations and goal setting as needed;
Ensure store meets ARC Merchandising Standards and maintains adequate inventory; support Back Room Processing and cash handling procedures
