• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances
• Run reports to verify accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as required

• Must have or prepare to obtain a Property and Casualty License within the first 2 months of employment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy

• Thorough understanding of company guidelines and ability to communicate them effectively to customers and employees
• Experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry
