We’re hiring for a full-time, permanent Hybrid Licensed Inbound Sales Consultant role with high earning potential.

• Location:
  Phoenix, AZ 85085 (Must live within 50 miles)
• Start Date: March 16, 2026
• Direct Hire | Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

• Base Salary: $43,056 – $50,835/year
• Uncapped Commission:
• Avg performers earn +$27,300/year
• Top performers earn +$75,000+ on top of base
• 5% Bilingual Pay Incentive

• Training: 8:30am–5:00pm MST (may require onsite)
• Post-Training: Hybrid
• Mon–Wed onsite | Thu–Fri remote
• Hours: Mon–Fri 6am–8pm MST
• Rotational Saturdays 7am–3:30pm MST

• Handle inbound sales calls (some outbound)
• Quote, sell, and bind insurance policies
• Educate customers on coverage options
• Cross-sell & upsell when appropriate
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently

• Coachable and accountable

• Sales-hungry candidates ONLY
• 1+ year sales experience
• Active AZ Resident P & C License (required)
• Proven quota/goal achievement
• HSD or equivalent
• Eligible for non-resident P&C licenses
