Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements: • Active Arizona Real Estate License (Non-negotiable, Gotta be legal to be lethal.) • Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (Because "Sorry, my Uber's late" doesn’t close deals.)
• Familiarity with contracts, listings, MLS, and real estate transaction processes (We’ll train, but we won’t start from zero.) Tech & Marketing Basics:
• Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and online lead platforms
• Able to navigate email, calendar scheduling, and Zoom calls without a meltdown
• Bonus:
Experience with Canva, social media, or making your listings pop online Skills We Love
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (confident but not cocky)
• Solid time management and follow-up habits (aka you don’t ghost your leads)
• Resourceful problem-solver with a cool head and can-do energy
