Overview
Sales Professional
Cannonball Recruiting is growing and hiring a Sales Professional around the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Compensation is a base salary of up to $70,000 plus commissions.
Compensation- Base salary: up to $70,000
- Plus commissions based on division growth and a percentage of revenue brought in
- Prior sales experience in construction, manufacturing, or service-related industries
- Experience in HVAC sales, plumbing sales, commercial construction sales, or recruiting sales is highly valued
- Proven track record in B2B or service sales
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
