Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Front Line Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and coach a team of inside sales representatives in a fast-paced wholesale environment. This role is responsible for driving daily sales activity, improving conversion rates, managing performance, and ensuring consistent execution of pricing and sales processes.
Responsibilities- Coach and lead an inside sales team to achieve revenue and margin goals
- Drive outbound activity, pipeline management, and order conversion
- Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Support complex pricing, orders, and escalated customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- 3+ years of inside sales experience; wholesale or distribution preferred
- Prior leadership or coaching experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience with CRM systems and inside sales metrics
