Mobile Bra Fitter and Customer Experience Specialist; Part-Time

Bust’DD is a mobile bra-fitting company bringing comfort, confidence, and expert guidance directly to our customers’ homes. We believe bra fitting is an art, not a science, and we take pride in helping women feel supported, seen, and uplifted. As we grow, we’re looking for a warm, reliable, customer-focused fitter to join our team.

The Mobile Bra Fitter and Customer Experience Specialist conducts in-home bra fittings, provides personalized styling recommendations, assists with bra parties, and nurtures long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping women feel confident, understands sensitivity around fit, and excels at service‑based communication without being pushy.

• Conduct private, in-home bra fittings after completing Bust’DD’s training program
• Communicate with clients before, during, and after fittings to ensure a smooth, supportive experience
• Provide compassionate, non-judgmental guidance on fit and product selection
• Assist customers with purchases and ensure accurate order processing
• Participate in bra parties, helping multiple customers in a group setting (owner typically co-hosts with a customer)
• Pick up inventory from Bust’DD’s designated location prior to appointments or events (Scottsdale area)
• Transport, set up, and repack multiple boxes of bras and fitting supplies
• Keep inventory organized, restocked, and returned in proper order after each appointment or event
• Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up reminders
• Build ongoing customer relationships to encourage repeat business
• Represent the Bust’DD brand with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
• Participate in occasional events, pop-ups, or vendor fairs depending on availability

• Must provide your own reliable vehicle suitable for transporting several medium to large-sized boxes (sedans are acceptable)
• Able to lift, carry, and transport boxes of bras and supplies (able to climb stairs with boxes)
• Previous sales or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a gentle, supportive approach
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning Bust’DD’s fitting techniques and product knowledge
• Comfortable discussing sensitive topics related to fit, comfort, and body confidence
• Willingness to travel within the service area (greater Phoenix valley)

This is a part-time, contract (1099) role offering flexibility with scheduling, balanced with the needs of customer demand. The position may remain part-time long‑term or grow in scope over time, depending on mutual interest and business needs.

• Appointments are offered Tuesday–Sunday (fittings are not scheduled on Mondays)
• Most customers prefer weekday evening or weekend appointments
• Candidates should be available for at least some evenings and weekends, as these are peak booking times
• Weekend appointments may be scheduled morning, afternoon, or evening based on customer needs
• Bra parties may be scheduled on weekends or select evenings
• Schedules are coordinated in advance, allowing fitters to set availability within peak demand windows

This is a commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position. Compensation is performance-driven and designed to reward excellent customer experience and relationship-building.

Compensation includes:

• A flat fee per individual fitting
• Commission on sales generated during individual fittings
• Commission on bra party sales, with a defined structure for hosted events (details shared during the interview process)
• Ongoing commission for repeat purchases made by clients you initially fitted

All training is provided. You’ll be fully supported in learning Bust’DD’s fitting methods, brand values, and customer experience processes.
