Role Description

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a full-time Facility Solutions Sales Manager to join our team in the Greater Phoenix Area. This is an on-site role focused on driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts and fostering long-term client relationships. Daily responsibilities include prospecting, managing the sales pipeline, conducting client meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires an ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored facility management solutions effectively and professionally.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Presales, and Sales Operations with a proven track record of achieving revenue goals
  • Strong Account Management and Sales Management capabilities to build and maintain client relationships
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to independently manage daily sales activities and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
  • Experience in the facility management or service industry is a plus
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
