Sales Coordinator (Real Estate Brokerage)
This is not a task-only role.
This is a people + process role.
Capstone Realty Professionals is a growing real estate brokerage built on ownership, accountability, and genuine relationships. We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who can keep deals moving and help cultivate relationships with prospective buyers and sellers.
If you enjoy connecting with people, following up consistently, and taking pride in helping clients feel supported — while also keeping operations tight — this role will feel energizing.
This job is base plus bonuses based on individual and team performance.

Sales & Relationship Support
- Engaging with prospective buyers and sellers through follow-up calls, texts, and emails
- Nurturing warm and early-stage leads until they’re ready to be handed off to an agent
- Acting as a friendly, professional point of contact that reflects Capstone’s standards
- Maintaining organized, consistent communication in our CRM
- Ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks due to lack of follow-up
Sales Operations & Coordination
- Supporting the sales team by coordinating timelines, documentation, and communication
- Anticipating agent and client needs before they become problems
- Proactively identifying process gaps and suggesting improvements
- Owning tasks through completion — not passing problems along
- Serving as a connector between sales, operations, and leadership
- Receiving client referrals and business is something you do well
- Prospective clients feel cared for, informed, and confident engaging with Capstone
- Agents receive warm, well-prepared handoffs instead of cold leads
- Follow-up is consistent, timely, and personal
- Operational issues are resolved early and rarely escalated
- Leadership trusts you because things simply get handled
- You enjoy talking with people and building rapport
- You are proactive, organized, and detail-aware without being rigid
- You take ownership and have the confidence to run with things

This role sits at the intersection of growth and execution. You help turn interest into trust and trust into transactions — while ensuring the sales engine runs smoothly behind the scenes. As Capstone grows, this role will expand in responsibility, influence, and impact.
This person will be working with the Broker on a daily basis. Experience in a fast-paced environment is important. Knowledge of Follow Up Boss, Appfolio, and/or Transaction Room is a bonus. Experience with transaction coordination is a plus. Dialogue with clients will be mandatory so a good phone presence and customer service are paramount.
