Icon Power is looking for experienced door-to-door appointment setters who know how to open doors, spark interest, and book high-quality appointments.

In this role, you’ll engage homeowners face-to-face to schedule meetings for our Solar Sales Representatives.
You’re not closing deals — you’re setting the table for success by generating qualified solar appointments.

• 1099, commission-only position
• Experienced setters routinely earn $1,500–$2,500/week

• Go door-to-door in assigned territories with teammates
• Engage homeowners to generate qualified appointments for our Sales Representatives
• Educate homeowners on solar savings and energy independence
• Uphold Icon Power’s standards of professionalism and integrity in every interaction
• Collaborate with your team to hit or exceed appointment and quality goals
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and performance development

• Proven experience in door-to-door, canvassing, or field appointment setting (solar, pest control, roofing, telecom, etc.)
• High-energy communicators who can capture attention and build trust fast
• Competitive and goal-driven individuals who thrive in performance-based environments

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work on your feet and outdoors for several hours daily
• Willingness to travel locally
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
