American Roofing & Waterproofing is a proudly family-owned and operated company seeking a highly motivated, positive, and experienced sales professional to drive growth within the Phoenix multi-family and commercial roofing market.
This is not an entry-level sales role. This position is for a seasoned professional who understands the local market, knows how to build lasting client relationships, and is comfortable representing the company face-to-face with top property managers, asset managers, and commercial clients.
In an industry where many companies are being bought out and becoming corporate and impersonal, we remain family-owned—meaning leadership is accessible, decisions are local, and relationships matter.
Compensation- $80,000-$100,000 base salary (DOE)
- Aggressive commission structure

- 7+ years of roofing or construction industry experience
- Strong experience in Phoenix multi-family & commercial markets
- Existing client base or strong local relationships highly preferred
- Proven ability to generate, develop, and close business
- Comfortable leading high-level client conversations
- Drive new commercial and multi-family business development
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, asset managers, and commercial owners
- Self-generate opportunities through networking and outreach
- Represent ARW professionally in the market
- Track leads and activity using CRM systems (Accu Lynx preferred)
- Collaborate with estimating and production teams to ensure successful project execution
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals
- Highly motivated and growth-driven
- Extremely positive and professional in client-facing settings
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Self-starter who does not need micromanagement
