Day-to-Day Responsibilities:- Support sales efforts by engaging with clients to understand their hiring needs and promote the hiring company’s solutions.
- Work with job poster accounts to optimize their results on the hiring company platform.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive product adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and meet performance goals.
- Competitive hourly wage with potential performance-based components.
- Strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Sales or client service experience preferred (especially B2B).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Formal introductions and interviews take place in person. You will have access to direct hiring managers from several companies in one setting. Meeting face to face with real decision makers is still the best way to sell yourself and move forward in the offer process.
