What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners, direct accounts, and end-users
  • Achieve annual sales and performance goals in the designated territory
  • Report on significant regional activities and sales forecasts to the Regional Sales Director
  • Conduct product demonstrations and building surveys for clients
  • Resolve sales and product service issues in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial sales or a related industry
  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications and Salesforce
  • Willingness to travel overnight as required

  • Direct sales experience is a plus
  • Demonstrated maturity and business acumen
  • Strong selling skills and end-user account management experience
  • Capability to conduct product seminars and presentations
  • Solid problem-solving skills with experience in action plan development
